Craftsmen Training Scheme was started in India since 1950. Aim of the scheme was to provide skilled workforce to the Industry to enhance the production and productivity of the Nation and also to provide the Technical Training and Industrial culture exposure to the unemployed youth, So that they can be employed in the Industry.

In present scenario India is developing country and is playing key role in world economy.

Industrialization is major factorbehind anynation’s growth. Now India had emerged as big bazaar in the world economy. Every country wants to set up their business in India, resulting in huge employment generation for skilled manpower. Presently there is big shortage of skilled technicians. Skilled technicians can be made through professionally designed trainings.
